My first movie! / Mon premier Cine

Je me suis fait mon premier ciné ce soir. Et pas n'importe quoi non plus. On a paqueté un picnic et sommes allé nous installer au Chace Park à Marina del Rey ou il y avait un écran géant au milieu de parc. J'ai donc vu Madagascar 2 sous les étoiles. Génial!

Et le reste de mon weekend a été tout aussi bien. Vendredi je me suis reveillée et Grand-maman Annette était la. J'ai passé toute la journée avec elle et on s'est même super amusée le soir pendant que mes parents étaient de sortie.

Samedi, on est allé bruncher à la plage et je me suis amusee dans les vagues avec tout le monde. Papa et maman ont profité d'aller se baigner ensemble. Je trouve ça un peu dangereux, mais ils ont eu l'air de bien s'amuser...

Encore un petit déjeuner très spécial dimanche matin! On a trouvé qques tables sur une route qui surplombe l'aéroport et j'ai vu tout plein d'avion décoller et atterir pendant mon repas. Je sais même que je serai dans un tout grand avion la semaine prochaine pour aller voir Liobé et Maylis à Boston.

Ensuite on est allé marcher aux étangs Ballona ou j'ai vu tout plein de cannetons et ai découvert comment grimper sur les barrières...

Pour finir le weekend en beauté, on est allé écouter un concert d'hommage a Neil Diamonds au park Polliwog à Manhattan Beach. C'était rempli de monde, et je me suis beaucoup amusée! Maman avait preparé un super picnic, on a même eu droit à des biscuits ET du chocolat...

I saw my first movie! And not just any movie theater. We packed up a picnic and headed out to Chace park in Marina del Rey where they'd set up this giant screen to watch the movie on. So I saw Madagascar 2 under the stars, how perfect!

And the rest of my weekend has been just as good. Friday I woke up and Grandma was there. How cool is that? I got to spend the entire day with her and stayed up late while mom and dad were out on town.

Saturday morning we headed down to the beach for brunch and I played in the waves for a long time. Mom and Dad when in for a swim. I didn't really like that, but they seem to have a great time...

We had another fun breakfast today! This time we found little tables on a road overlooking the airport and watched the planes land and take off while we ate. There were some really big ones! And I know that next week I'll be in one of them to go see Liobé and Maylis in Boston!
After that we walked around the Ballona Marsh in Playa del Rey where I saw lots of baby ducks and figured out how to climb onto the fence.

To wrap it all up, we went to a Neil Diamond tribute concert at Polliwog Park in Manhattan Beach. There were tons of people there and it was lots of fun. Mom brought another yummy picnic for dinner and we had cookies AND chocolate for dessert!
